How much ocean waste is in one pair of sandals?
The exact amount depends on the size of your Nuos but on average one pair holds about 5 recovered pairs of old flip-flops which equals around 500g of ocean waste flip-flops.

Do your products use animal derived materials?
Nope! All our products are vegan and cruelty-free.

Can I choose the colour of the ocean waste middle layer?
Both our standard models use a random mix of 100% ocean waste. This means that we don't control the colour. However, sometimes the waste materials can be sorted by colour which means we'll offer specific coloured limited editions. Keep an eye out for those!

Are you going to offer different coloured straps?
Right now we are only offering black but we are looking to expand our range in the future.

When will the recollection scheme be available?
We are currently working on the finer points of making the scheme as smooth as possible. We will keep you posted!

Can I send you my old flip-flops?
Once the recollection scheme is available, you'll be able to drop them off at the collection points.

Which countries do you deliver to?
Currently we are delivering to the Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and the UK but we will expand to more countries in the future.

What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 28 days of purchase. Just make sure they are in the original box and unworn.
